We hired Catering by GMC for our wedding on 06/24/22. Jerry and his team are beyond AMAZING! We ordered the smoked chicken and brisket along with many sides. Our guests had nothing but compliments- literally almost everyone went up for seconds. Chicken falls off the bone and the brisket is cooked to perfection! We did buffet style and the team got our guest through the line so fast. Jerry and his team seriously go above and beyond. Not only are they fast at responding to the million questions you have but they also help out in other areas. Seriously if you want a great service with exceptional food- choose Catering by GMC!
